Blog Post #3: Synchronous and Asynchronous CMC Tools


1) Brief descriptions of the tools and links to their websites

=>CLEAR Rich Internet Applications is the asynchronous CMC tool. we can use it for making audio and video materials for teaching student. If I give students a homework with these tools, they come to the websites and recording the answer. The teacher don't have to have a answer sheet or a paper. 

=>tokbox is the  synchronous CMC tool. we can talk to and discuss topics without off-line meeting.


2) Your thoughts about how the Synchronous CMC tool and the Asynchronous CMC tool could support learning and the development of language skills.  Are there any similarities and differences in how they could support language learning?

=>I think that those two tools are good really good for teaching. For the teacher, students, it's easy to access, to record. and The students can build up language ability by making the homework materials. 


3) Some of your ideas of possible activities and ways that the tools could be used in a language class to supplement in-class content and instruction.

=>I will use these tools for a homework or a reviewing the work that a student did
